Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and your data stays intact.
What happens after the trial ends?
You'll be asked to pick a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, your account pauses — nothing is deleted. Pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.
Do you take a cut of my class payments?
No. Payments flow directly to your Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee — we don't add anything on top.
Can I add more team seats?
On the Club plan, yes — addon seat packs are available. On Starter and Studio, the seat count is fixed to the plan tier.
What counts as a "team seat"?
Each person who logs into your SitStay account needs a seat. This includes owners, trainers, and staff. Clients (handlers) don't count toward your seat limit.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month or annual. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What does 'early access' mean?
We're onboarding a small group of training schools before our public launch. Beta members get locked-in pricing, priority support, and hands-on help getting set up. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
